Overview

Job Summary:

The Director of Membership performs all the necessary activities to achieve the proper maintenance and growth of the Members of the organization, performing activities such as seeking information for new prospects, making relevant contacts and also contacting former members, and motivating them to rejoin.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Interacts in a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning the membership
Processes and inputs all customer orders
Produces membership reports
Make calls to former members and offer them the newspaper and its news.
Find ways to get former members to return to membership
must have telephone ethics
soft sales skills
Communicates member’s feedback to management including any signs of dissatisfaction

 

Requirements:

C1- C2 level of English
Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications
Basic typing skills
Familiarity with 10-key
Shipping software systems including UPS and Federal Express
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

 

Contract terms:

Salary de 4’000.000 COP
80 % salary 20% Housing bonus
Indefinite-term contract.
