Overview

We are searching for a polite and professional Customer Service Call Center Agent to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. The Customer Service Call Center Agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. As a Customer Service Representative, you will listen our customers to understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries and provide an accurate and efficient response, in summary you will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists!

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications

Excellent phone etiquette
English (B2)
Basic understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level
Problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Extraordinary team player
Global mindset and ability to work across multiple cultures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Remuneration

2.350.000 COP + 10% performance bonus (Salary + bonus = 2.585.000)

We pay Semi-monthly!

Schedules

45 Hours per week. Monday – Sunday, Availability 7:00 am – 10:00 pm (Two rotating off-days)
