Position Responsibilities:

Working as a HR & Recruiter for us, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide direct support to the Human Resources department in identifying and managing human resources needs.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective programs that meet organizational goals.Analyze, implement and improve onboarding and engagement processes for our top-of-the-line employees.
• Analyze employee performance and development to build effective and innovative improvement plans.
  Spread the word about our expanding career opportunities through different media so that we can all grow together exponentially!
• Find people who will help facilitate good relations with our many open collaborations, interviews, influential healers, doctors, coaches, millionaires, gurus, and more!
• Attract, select and recruit skilled individuals for our different teams & departments, through job posting on different platforms and websites all across the world!

You will play a vital role in spreading the message of Adaptive Intelligence’s opportunities via your skill set. HR & Recruiting agents will be working in small groups with their HR Supervisors and teammates to post jobs on various platforms, conduct interviews, vet for talent, guide new hires, and work both together with other HR agents and independently on job forums.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Experience and knowledge in job posting, attracting, selecting, recruiting processes & best practices.
• Experience and knowledge in Human Resources and management related processes.
• Ability to relate emotionally with all AQ team employees and gain useful data to help all AQ team departments improve and perform better.
• We strongly value good leadership and communication skills!
• Familiarity or willingness to master technological apps and gadgets such as: Asana, Discord, Slack, Various Job Hosting sites, JotForm surveys, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, YouTube training, Loom, Bitly, Tinyurl, Google Drive and more.
• Preferred but not required Certifications in Human Resources, Management, Recruitment, Interview hosting, etc.
  We are a diverse and international team with different languages and time zones, you must be fluent in English and have a flexible schedule.
